WPARTS LLC (“WPARTS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides this notice so you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA and similar U.S. state laws. Read it with the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy.

If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls. Nothing in this notice limits non-waivable consumer, privacy, or other rights that apply to you under the law of your country or state of residence.

We do not sell personal information for money. Disclosure of identifiers and internet activity to advertising or analytics partners - including tools a Seller enables on a hosted site - may be “sharing” or a “sale” under the CPRA when used for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security technologies are used for fraud prevention and account security, not for advertising, unless you separately consent to advertising technologies.

We do not process card payments and do not share payment card data with payment processors, because those services are not integrated.

2. How to Opt Out

You may opt out using any of the following methods. We will not require a government identity document to process an opt-out.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor a GPC signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing and as a rejection of non-essential advertising and analytics cookies for that browser.
Cookie Settings in the website footer (Accept all / Reject non-essential / Customize). Choosing Reject non-essential or turning off analytics and advertising categories opts you out of cookie-based sale/share for that browser.

Privacy request form: /en/privacy-request (select opt-out of sale or sharing).
Email: [email protected] or [email protected] with subject “Do Not Sell/Share Opt-Out” and the email address you use with WPARTS (if any). No government ID is required.

We will confirm that we received the request. For email or form requests we may confirm control of the email address. We will not ask for a passport, driver’s license, or other government ID to honor an opt-out.

3. Authorized Agents

A California consumer may use an authorized agent. The agent should submit proof of authorization. We may still contact the consumer to confirm the opt-out. We will not require government ID from the consumer solely to honor the opt-out.

4. Persistence

We will honor an opt-out for at least 12 months from the date we receive it (or from the date we detect GPC, for that browser). After 12 months you may need to submit a new request if you want the opt-out to continue, unless a GPC signal is still present. If you later use Cookie Settings to Accept all, or send express authorization to sell or share, we may resume those activities consistent with that choice, except that a present GPC signal will continue to be honored.

We keep opt-out and GPC records for at least 12 months, typically up to 5 years, so we can demonstrate your choice.

5. What Changes After You Opt Out

We will not use or disclose your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through the technologies we control. Analytics or advertising tools a Seller enables will not load for you when you have rejected non-essential cookies or when GPC is present. Strictly necessary cookies, security technologies, language preference, and maps you choose to use will continue to operate.

Opting out does not delete your account, stop Order or lead routing to a Seller you contacted, or stop transactional email.

6. No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for opting out. Exercising this right will not result in denial of the Services, different prices charged by WPARTS, or a different quality of platform features, except where permitted by law and reasonably related to the value of the data.

7. Categories That May Be Sold or Shared

In the prior 12 months, if analytics or advertising cookies were active, the following categories may have been shared for those purposes:

Identifiers (for example, cookie IDs, device identifiers, IP address);
Internet or electronic network activity (pages viewed, referrer, events on a seller site);
Limited inferences used for advertising measurement, if a Seller’s pixel was active.

We do not share VIN, Order line items, or government ID for advertising. For the full CPRA table, see the Privacy Notice.
